This project was executed as a complete developmental job, engineered from the ground up to replace imported assemblies and offer a robust, locally manufactured solution. The fixture ensures precise, stable, and repeatable rotor balancing, enhancing locomotive performance and reducing maintenance downtime. Our in-house design, fabrication, and testing capabilities enabled us to deliver a high-accuracy, heavy-duty fixture tailored to the demanding requirements of Indian Railways, reinforcing our commitment to innovation, reliability, and self-reliant engineering.
